This sprayer features a 1,000 gallon or 500 gallon 304 stainless steel tank and a 6.8L, 6068HF485 (415 cu. in.), 225 HP, turbocharged Tier 3 John Deere diesel engine. It includes a Twin Disc© PTO clutch, 136-gallon fuel capacity saddle tanks, and a Myers© 2-Stage, 100 GPM / 200 PSI centrifugal pump. The twin 40″ steel axial flow fans and galvanized fan housing ensure optimal performance. The composite nylon adjustable air vanes come with specialty valves, totaling 54 nozzles, and the sprayer is equipped with TeeJet© ceramic nozzles.
For agitation, it uses a 1″ stainless steel mechanical system, complemented by stainless steel strainers for fill, suction, and delivery. Standard control options include electric, hydraulic, or Morse© cable spray control valves. The in-cab remote gauge box features an electric throttle, key switch, and a Saur Danfos© DP-200 digital monitor. It rides on 21.5Lx16.1, 14-ply ribbed tires and requires a minimum tractor horsepower of 85.
